• Typical daily intake: 10-30 mg/day (as part of Centella triterpene preparations)
• Typical use level: 0.05-0.3% in capsules/tablets; 0.05-0.5% in cosmetic crossover formulas
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
