How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 200–800 µg/day
• Typical use level: Microgram-dosed: typically via triturates; ppm level in flour and cereals
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
