How to Use / Dosage

  • Typical daily intake: 50–200 µg/day chromium
  • Typical use level: 1–20% in capsules and tablets depending on Cr assay
  • Formulation tip: Calculate dosage on elemental mineral content (see CoA), not on total salt weight.
  • Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
  • Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.

Storage & Handling

Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place (below 25 °C) protected from moisture and light.. Keep container tightly closed; use clean, dry utensils. Shelf life is typically 24 months in unopened original packaging (see CoA).

Regulatory Note

Chromium-enriched yeast is authorised in EU supplements (Directive 2002/46/EC Annex II) and used in US dietary supplements. Verify Cr assay labelling in destination market.
