How to Use / Dosage
- Typical daily intake: 5–10 g/day around training
- Typical use level: 50–100% in BCAA powders; 5–30% in pre/intra-workout blends; 1–3% in RTD drinks
- Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
