How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 5–10 g/day around training
• Typical use level: 50–100% in BCAA powders; 5–30% in pre/intra-workout blends; 1–3% in RTD drinks
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
• Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.

Storage & Handling

Store sealed in a cool, dry place below 25 °C; protect from humidity to prevent caking.. Keep container tightly closed; use clean, dry utensils. Shelf life is typically 24 months in unopened original packaging (see CoA).
