How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 300-1,000 mg/day of 65% boswellic acid extract (100-250 mg/day of phospholipid complex)
• Typical use level: 10-60% in capsule fills and tablets; 1-5% in gummies and powders
• Formulation tip: Blend with standard lubricants (e.g. 0.5–1% magnesium stearate) and compress directly.
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
• Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.

Poorly soluble in water; soluble in ethanol and partly in oils; phospholipid-complex and dispersible grades improve wetting

Storage & Handling

Store sealed in a cool, dry place away from light; avoid heat that can cause caking. Keep container tightly closed; use clean, dry utensils. Shelf life is typically 24 months in unopened original packaging (see CoA).
