How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 10-20 mg/day lutein
• Typical use level: 1-10% in tablets/capsules; 0.05-1% in beverages
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
• Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.
