How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 250-2,000 mg EPA+DHA/day
• Typical use level: Oil: 50-100% in softgels; powder: 1-10% in foods, gummies and beverages
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.

Storage & Handling
