How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 300-600 mg/day of 2.5-5% cynarin extract
• Typical use level: 5-30% in capsules/tablets; 0.1-0.5% in beverages
• Formulation tip: Standardized extracts are best dosed on the basis of the marker assay stated on the CoA.
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
