How to Use / Dosage
- Typical daily intake: 1-2 billion CFU/day (spores)
- Typical use level: 0.1-5% in capsules, powders, baked goods, beverages and gummies (dose by CFU; minimal overage needed)
- Formulation tip: Calculate dose on CFU; include a viability overage for shelf life and avoid heat and moisture during processing.
- Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.

Storage & Handling
