How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 300-450 mg/day of 20-55% bacosides
• Typical use level: 10-30% in capsule/tablet fills; 0.5-2% in powders
• Formulation tip: Standardized extracts are best dosed on the basis of the marker assay stated on the CoA.
