How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: Dose to supply 300–600 mg nitrate/day, 2–3 h before exercise
• Typical use level: 5–40% in pre-workout and endurance powders; 0.5–5% in drinks and gels
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
• Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.
