How to Use / Dosage

  • Typical daily intake: 5-20 mg/day of piperine (typically with curcumin or other actives)
  • Typical use level: 0.5-2% of a capsule/tablet fill; 0.01-0.05% in foods
  • Formulation tip: Standardized extracts are best dosed on the basis of the marker assay stated on the CoA.
  • Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
  • Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.
