How to Use / Dosage
- Typical daily intake: 1-2 g oil/day (about 200-450 mg GLA)
- Typical use level: 5-30% in powders and tablets; 50-100% oil in softgels
- Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
- Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.

Storage & Handling
Store tightly sealed in a cool, dry place below 25 °C, protected from light and moisture.. Keep container tightly closed; use clean, dry utensils. Shelf life is typically 24 months in unopened original packaging (see CoA).
