How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 200–800 mg/day (typically 2,400 GDU/g grade) with or between meals
• Typical use level: 10–60% in capsule/tablet fills; 0.5–5% in digestive blends
• Formulation tip: Dose on activity units, not weight; keep processing temperatures low.
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
