How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 5–500 mg/day
• Typical use level: 0.1–10% in tablets and capsules; ppm level in beverages and foods
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
