How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 30-70 mg/day extract (1.8 mg glucosylceramide)
• Typical use level: 2-20% in capsule fills; 0.1-1% in powders
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
• Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.
