How to Use / Dosage
- Typical daily intake: 250–1,500 mg/day (approx. 40% choline)
- Typical use level: 10–80% in capsules and tablets; 0.1–2% in beverages and infant/medical nutrition (grade permitting)
- Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
- Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.

Storage & Handling
