How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 200–1,000 µg/day chromium (chromium picolinate ~12.4% Cr)
• Typical use level: Microgram-level: 0.01–0.5% of finished blends, often via 1% Cr triturations
• Formulation tip: Calculate dosage on elemental mineral content (see CoA), not on total salt weight.
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
• Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.

Solubility & Formulation

Very slightly soluble in water; insoluble in oils

Storage & Handling

Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place (below 25 °C) protected from moisture and light.. Keep container tightly closed; use clean, dry utensils. Shelf life is typically 24 months in unopened original packaging (see CoA).

Chromium picolinate is permitted in EU supplements (Directive 2002/46/EC Annex II) and has a US qualified health claim history; widely used as a dietary ingredient. Verify maximum levels in destination market.
