How to Use / Dosage
- Typical daily intake: 5-15 g/day
- Typical use level: 0.5-3% as texturiser/emulsion stabiliser; 2-10% for fibre enrichment
- Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
- Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.

Storage & Handling
