How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 100-300 mg/day with meals
• Typical use level: 5-50% in softgel fills and capsules; 0.05-0.5% (as CoQ10) in beverages via CWS grades; 0.05-1% in cosmetics
• Formulation tip: Dose on the assay value stated on the CoA; many polyphenol actives benefit from light and oxygen protection.
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
• Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.
