How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 500-1500 mg/day of 95% curcuminoids; lower doses for enhanced-bioavailability forms
• Typical use level: 20-80% in capsule fills; 0.05-0.5% in beverages (dispersible grades)
• Formulation tip: Avoid excessive compression force and high shear, which can rupture the microcapsules.
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
• Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.

Solubility & Formulation

Cold-water dispersible (matrix dependent); the core active is released on digestion. Parent active: practically insoluble in water; soluble in ethanol and acetone; poorly soluble in oils; enhanced forms are water-dispersible

Storage & Handling

Store sealed at 15-25 °C, protected from light, heat and moisture; liposomal liquids refrigerated at 2-8 °C and not frozen.. Keep container tightly closed; use clean, dry utensils. Shelf life is typically 24 months in unopened original packaging (see CoA).

Regulatory Note

Turmeric/curcumin is a US dietary ingredient (GRAS notices exist); EFSA ADI for curcumin (E100) is 3 mg/kg bw/day. Verify in destination market.
