- Typical daily intake: 500-1500 mg/day of 95% curcuminoids; lower doses for enhanced-bioavailability forms
- Typical use level: 20-80% in capsule fills; 0.05-0.5% in beverages (dispersible grades)
- Formulation tip: Declare active content and phospholipid ratio on labels; dose on active equivalent.
- Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
