How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: Used as a sweetener; typically well tolerated up to about 0.5-0.8 g/kg body weight/day
• Typical use level: 5-100% as bulk sweetener in tabletop blends; 1-10% in beverages; 10-50% in confectionery and bakery
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
• Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.

Soluble in water (about 37% w/w at 25 °C); slightly soluble in ethanol; insoluble in oils

Storage & Handling

Store tightly sealed in a cool, dry place below 25 °C, protected from light and moisture.. Keep container tightly closed; use clean, dry utensils. Shelf life is typically 24 months in unopened original packaging (see CoA).

GRAS in the US; EU food additive E968 with EFSA 2023 re-evaluation setting an ADI of 0.5 g/kg bw/day. Verify use limits and labelling in destination market.
