How to Use / Dosage
- Typical daily intake: 1-3 g ALA/day (EU claim: 2 g ALA/day for cholesterol)
- Typical use level: 2-20% in powders, bakery, cereals and shakes; 50-100% oil in softgels
- Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
- Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.

Storage & Handling
