How to Use / Dosage
- Typical daily intake: 2.5-10 g/day
- Typical use level: 2-50% in powders; 1-5% in beverages; 5-20% in gummies/bars
- Formulation tip: Blend with standard lubricants (e.g. 0.5–1% magnesium stearate) and compress directly.
- Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
- Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.

Storage & Handling
Store sealed in a cool, dry place below 25 °C, protected from light and moisture.. Keep container tightly closed; use clean, dry utensils. Shelf life is typically 24 months in unopened original packaging (see CoA).

FOS is GRAS in the US and a food ingredient in the EU (fibre labelling applies). Verify prebiotic claim wording in destination market.
