Glucomannan is a highly viscous soluble fibre from the konjac corm, supplied at 90% and 95% purity. It absorbs large amounts of water, creating fullness, and is well known in weight-management formulas. It is also used as a thickener and in konjac noodles and jellies.

How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 3 g/day in 3 doses of 1 g, each with 1-2 glasses of water before meals
• Typical use level: 50-100% in capsules and powders; 0.1-1% as thickener/gelling agent in foods
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
• Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.

Storage & Handling

Store sealed in a cool, dry place; hygroscopic - protect from humidity to prevent caking. Keep container tightly closed; use clean, dry utensils. Shelf life is typically 24 months in unopened original packaging (see CoA).

Konjac gum is an EU food additive (E425, banned in jelly mini-cups) with authorised EU health claims requiring choking warnings; GRAS in the US and recognised as dietary fibre.
