How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 3-5 g/day (3 g before bed for sleep)
• Typical use level: 5-100% in powders and capsule fills; 0.1-2% in foods as sweetener/flavour
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
• Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.

Freely soluble in water (about 250 g/L at 25 °C); very slightly soluble in ethanol; insoluble in oils

Storage & Handling

Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place below 25 °C, protected from moisture and light.. Keep container tightly closed; use clean, dry utensils. Shelf life is typically 24 months in unopened original packaging (see CoA).

Glycine is GRAS and an authorised flavour enhancer (E640) in the EU; widely used in supplements. Verify limits in the destination market.
