How to Use / Dosage

  • Typical daily intake: 10-100 billion inactivated cells/day or 50-500 mg/day
  • Typical use level: 0.1-5% in capsules, powders and foods; 0.05-1% in beverages; 0.5-5% (as ferment/lysate) in skin care
  • Formulation tip: Heat-stable; suitable for baked goods, beverages and room-temperature products.
  • Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
  • Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.
