How to Use / Dosage
- Typical daily intake: 500-1,000 mg/day of hesperidin
- Typical use level: 10-60% in capsule and tablet fills; 0.05-0.5% in beverages (methyl hesperidin or dispersible grades)
- Formulation tip: Standardized extracts are best dosed on the basis of the marker assay stated on the CoA.
- Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
