How to Use / Dosage

  • Typical daily intake: 500-1000 mg/day
  • Typical use level: 20-80% in capsules/tablets
  • Formulation tip: Ideal where capsule space is limited; dose on active equivalent declared on the CoA.
  • Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
