How to Use / Dosage
- Typical daily intake: 150–250 µg/day iodine (KIO3 ~59% I)
- Typical use level: Microgram-level: used as triturations; 20–60 mg/kg in iodized salt
- Formulation tip: Calculate dosage on elemental mineral content (see CoA), not on total salt weight.
- Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
- Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.

Storage & Handling
Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place (below 25 °C) protected from moisture and light.. Keep container tightly closed; use clean, dry utensils. Shelf life is typically 24 months in unopened original packaging (see CoA).
Regulatory Note
Potassium iodate is permitted in EU supplements and foods and widely used for salt iodization (e.g. FSSAI). In the US, iodate is permitted in bakery as a dough conditioner; verify supplement use and limits in destination market.
