How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: Dose to supply 75–150 µg iodine/day
• Typical use level: Dose-dependent on iodine assay – typically 0.1–5% in capsules/tablets
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
