How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 3-6 g/day (6-8 g pre-workout)
• Typical use level: 20-60% in pre-workout powders; up to 100% in capsule fills; 0.5-3% in beverages
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
