How to Use / Dosage

  • Typical daily intake: 500-1,500 mg/day (about 69% cysteine)
  • Typical use level: 5-40% in capsule fills; 0.001-0.01% as dough conditioner in bakery
  • Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
  • Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.

Storage & Handling
