How to Use / Dosage
- Typical daily intake: 500-3,000 mg/day
- Typical use level: 2-20% in collagen and joint blends; 0.1-2% in cosmetics
- Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
