How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 200-400 mg elemental magnesium/day
• Typical use level: Dose by elemental Mg: 20-60% in capsule/sachet fills; 1-5% in liposomal liquids
• Formulation tip: Dilute into water-based systems under low shear; add preservatives and keep pH within the supplier-recommended range.
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.

Solubility & Formulation
