How to Use / Dosage

  • Typical daily intake: 200-600 mg/day of 80% silymarin
  • Typical use level: 20-80% in capsule/tablet fills; phospholipid/liposomal grades 20-60%
  • Formulation tip: Blend gently; avoid high shear, high heat (>60 °C) and extreme pH, which can damage liposome structure.
  • Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
  • Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.

Solubility & Formulation

Disperses in water to re-form a liposomal suspension; do not dissolve in alcohol or strong surfactants, which disrupt the liposomes.

Storage & Handling

Store sealed at 15-25 °C, protected from light, heat and moisture; liposomal liquids refrigerated at 2-8 °C and not frozen.. Keep container tightly closed; use clean, dry utensils. Shelf life is typically 24 months in unopened original packaging (see CoA).
