How to Use / Dosage

  • Typical daily intake: 50-300 mg/day
  • Typical use level: 0.01-0.5% in foods; 1-20% in lozenges/capsules
  • Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
  • Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.

Storage & Handling

Store sealed at 2-8 °C or cool room temperature, dry.. Keep container tightly closed; use clean, dry utensils. Shelf life is typically 24 months in unopened original packaging (see CoA).

Lysozyme is an authorised EU food additive (E1105) and GRAS in the US for certain uses. Egg allergen labelling required.
