Magnesium aspartate is a salt of magnesium with the amino acid L-aspartic acid. It is used in sports, energy and magnesium–potassium formulas.

How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 200–400 mg/day elemental magnesium (compound provides approx. ~7–8% (dihydrate) Mg)
• Typical use level: 30–95% in capsules and tablets; 5–30% in powders
• Formulation tip: Calculate dosage on elemental mineral content (see CoA), not on total salt weight.
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
• Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.

Storage & Handling

Store in tightly closed containers in a cool, dry place; protect from humidity and reseal after use.. Keep container tightly closed; use clean, dry utensils. Shelf life is typically 24 months in unopened original packaging (see CoA).
