How to Use / Dosage
- Typical daily intake: 200–400 mg/day elemental magnesium (compound provides approx. 11–16% Mg)
- Typical use level: 30–95% in capsules and tablets; 5–40% in effervescent and drink powders
- Formulation tip: Calculate dosage on elemental mineral content (see CoA), not on total salt weight.
- Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
- Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.

Storage & Handling
Store in tightly closed containers in a cool, dry place; protect from humidity and reseal after use.. Keep container tightly closed; use clean, dry utensils. Shelf life is typically 24 months in unopened original packaging (see CoA).
