MCT oil is a fractionated oil made from coconut or palm kernel oil, consisting mainly of caprylic (C8) and capric (C10) acid triglycerides. It is rapidly absorbed and converted to energy and ketones.

How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 5-30 g/day, introduced gradually (C8 grades up to 20-30 g/day for ketone support)
• Typical use level: 10-100% in liquids and softgels; 5-50% (powder) in keto creamers and shakes; 1-10% as carrier/solvent
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
• Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.

Miscible with oils and ethanol; insoluble in water (powder forms dispersible)

Storage & Handling

Store sealed at room temperature away from light; very oxidation-stable. Powders: cool, dry, sealed.. Keep container tightly closed; use clean, dry utensils. Shelf life is typically 24 months in unopened original packaging (see CoA).

MCT oil is GRAS in the US and a food ingredient in the EU. Verify origin (coconut vs palm) labelling and sustainability claims in destination market.
