Micronized BCAA 2:1:1 – D90 < 20 µm

BCAA 2:1:1 is a blend of the branched-chain essential amino acids leucine, isoleucine and valine, typically made by fermentation. Micronization improves mixability of these hydrophobic amino acids in shakes and drinks. It is valued in sports nutrition for training and recovery.

Micronized (particle-engineered) grade with a tightly controlled particle size for improved dispersion, content uniformity and dissolution.

GUTINS Micronized BCAA 2:1:1 — D90 < 20 µm is offered for manufacturers, formulators and brands. Specification: D90 < 20 µm; form / technology: Micronized powder; diet suitability: Verify source.

Key Benefits

  • Supports muscle protein synthesis
  • Supports recovery after exercise
  • Supports reduced perception of training fatigue
  • Essential amino acids in the classic 2:1:1 ratio
  • Micronized for better mixability

Uses & Applications

Typical applications: Capsules, tablets, beverages, premixes.

  • Intra-workout powders
  • BCAA capsules and tablets
  • Recovery drinks
  • Ready-to-drink sports beverages
  • Protein fortification blends
  • Vegan sports formulas

How to Use / Dosage

  • Typical daily intake: 5-20 g/day, often split around training
  • Typical use level: 80-100% in straight BCAA powders; 10-40% in sports blends; 1-5% in ready-to-drink beverages
  • Formulation tip: Fine particles can be dusty and cohesive; use flow aids where needed and handle with dust control.
  • Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
  • Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.
