How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 5-30 mg/day
• Typical use level: 0.5-10% in capsules; 0.01-0.1% in beverages; 1% premixes for dosing
• Formulation tip: Fine particles can be dusty and cohesive; use flow aids where needed and handle with dust control.
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
