  • Typical daily intake: 250-1,000 mg/day of 5% gingerol extract
  • Typical use level: 5-30% in capsules/tablets; 0.05-0.5% in beverages

  • Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
