How to Use / Dosage

• Typical daily intake: 100-500 mg/day of 15-20% L-DOPA extract (under supervision at higher strengths)
• Typical use level: 5-25% in capsule/tablet fills; 0.2-1% in powders
• Formulation tip: Standardized extracts are best dosed on the basis of the marker assay stated on the CoA.
• Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
