How to Use / Dosage
- Typical daily intake: 20–40 g protein per serving, 1–3 servings/day as part of the diet
- Typical use level: 60–95% in protein powders; 10–30% in bars; 2–8% in beverages and plant milks; 5–20% in meat and dairy alternatives
- Formulation tip: Protein content per serving should be calculated from the CoA protein value (dry basis).
- Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
- Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.

Storage & Handling
Store sealed in a cool (below 25 °C), dry, odour-free place away from light; reseal after use to prevent moisture pickup and rancidity.. Keep container tightly closed; use clean, dry utensils. Shelf life is typically 24 months in unopened original packaging (see CoA).

Mung bean protein isolate is a conventional food ingredient in the US (GRAS notices exist) and generally in the EU as a traditional legume product; confirm Novel Food status for highly refined isolates in the EU/UK.
