How to Use / Dosage

  • Typical daily intake: 5-20 mg/day NADH
  • Typical use level: 5-50% (stabilised grade) in enteric capsules and sublingual tablets
  • Formulation tip: Dose on the assay value stated on the CoA; many polyphenol actives benefit from light and oxygen protection.
  • Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
