How to Use / Dosage
- Typical daily intake: 5-15 g/day
- Typical use level: 2-10% in bakery, meat analogues and snacks
- Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
