How to Use / Dosage

  • Typical daily intake: 420-1,500 mg/day of phosphatidylcholine (dose scaled to assay)
  • Typical use level: 1-20% in capsule fills and powders; 0.2-2% as emulsifier/liposome former in beverages and foods
  • Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
  • Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.

Storage & Handling

Store sealed under nitrogen if possible, below 25 °C, away from light, heat and moisture; high-PC grades refrigerated for long storage.. Keep container tightly closed; use clean, dry utensils. Shelf life is typically 24 months in unopened original packaging (see CoA).

Lecithin (E322) is a permitted food additive in the EU and GRAS in the US; fractionated PC is used as a dietary supplement ingredient. Verify choline claims and allergen labelling in destination market.
