How to Use / Dosage
- Typical daily intake: Phosphorus/calcium source: 100–700 mg/day phosphorus
- Typical use level: 1–3% as leavening acid in bakery; 0.1–2% in fortified foods and premixes
- Formulation tip: Calculate dosage on elemental mineral content (see CoA), not on total salt weight.
- Weigh accurately and pre-blend small quantities with a carrier (e.g. maltodextrin, MCC or rice flour) for uniform distribution.
- Final dosage should be based on the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, the target serving size and the rules of your destination market.

Storage & Handling
Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place below 25 °C; hygroscopic – reseal promptly and protect from humidity.. Keep container tightly closed; use clean, dry utensils. Shelf life is typically 24 months in unopened original packaging (see CoA).

Monocalcium phosphate is GRAS in the US (21 CFR 182.1217 / 182.6215) and EU additive E341(i). Verify limits in destination market.
